Williams Air Conditioning & Heating Repair is a Texas heating and cooling company. We repair air conditioners and heating systems, install replacements, service heat pumps and mini splits, and run seasonal maintenance. We work in every city in the state, and the number is the same wherever you are.
Diagnostics before parts
The industry has a reputation problem, and it is largely earned. Too many companies send technicians who are compensated on what they sell rather than what they fix. The predictable result is a lot of Texas homeowners buying systems they did not need.
Our technicians test before they recommend. A capacitor is checked against its rated microfarads with a meter. A refrigerant charge is verified with pressures and superheat. Airflow problems are confirmed with a static pressure reading, not a guess. When we tell you a component has failed, we can show you the number that proves it.
Pricing you approve first
You are told the diagnostic fee before we schedule. After the diagnosis, you get a flat-rate repair price in writing. Nothing is touched until you approve it, and nothing appears on the invoice that you did not agree to. After-hours and emergency rates are quoted before dispatch, not discovered afterward.
No manufactured urgency. A quote that is only valid tonight is a sales tactic. Ours are still valid next week, and we will tell you plainly when a repair is the better value than a replacement even though the replacement is worth more to us.

Every technician carries capacitors across the common ranges, contactors, condenser fan motors, blower motors, hot surface igniters, flame sensors, sequencers, float switches, thermostats, control boards for the major brands, and refrigerant. That inventory is why the large majority of our calls are resolved on the first visit rather than turning into a three-day wait for a part.
Answered at any hour
Air conditioners fail on the hottest afternoon of the year and heaters fail on the coldest night, because equipment breaks when it is working hardest. Our line is answered by a live dispatcher 24 hours a day, every day, including holidays. You get a realistic arrival window rather than an optimistic one.

Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, Ruud, American Standard, York, Amana, Bryant, Payne, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Coleman, Heil, Tempstar, Maytag and more. Brand rarely limits what can be fixed, because most components are shared across manufacturers under different part numbers.
